Strictly speaking, it is not a tower block that DMAA built near to Vienna’s Central Station. It is not even two or three. It is an entire neighbourhood that has been built here. A residential tower, an office tower and a hotel, all connected by a joint building base, interspersed with green spaces and of course equipped with all amenities, from bars and restaurants to a fitness area.

Because the newly constructed BEL & MAIN VIENNA neighbourhood is an exclusive address. DMAA opted for a simple, calm cubature and colour scheme, but also for large shapes that integrate into the urban environment, as if by themslelves. Only as you draw closer, does the facade shimmer in gold, bronze or brass, depending on how the light falls.
On an area of only 5,453 m2 DMAA created an impressive 42,620 m2 of usable space for a wide range of functions in three towers. With 19 storeys in the highest of the towers, the residential building at BEL & MAIN offers its inhabitants and visitors a particularly luxurious eye-catcher as soon as they enter the building: a backlit wall made of Patagonia stone from Breitwieser. And it is the light that allows this translucent stone to particularly showcase its impressive geometry and exciting inclusions. For the future residents of BEL & MAIN, the wall represents not only an exclusive welcome greeting, but also allows them to rediscover the structure and dynamics of the stone on a daily basis.
